Expiration dates for a Moneris card on file

In version 3.98, when a Moneris Vault credit card is flagged as expired either during processing or if an option prevents the customer from being booked for a tee time in Starterhut, you have the ability to verify the expiration date recorded for the card on file.

When Moneris- or Moneris Cloud is enabled for credit card integration on a terminal, the expiration date is now shown for cards-on-file when you view them in the Customer module in this window:

To see the expiration date for a card processed via Moneris

  1. Go to the Customer module.

  2. Look up the customer in question.

  3. Select the Credit Card/ACH tab.

  4. Select the Manage Card On File button. The Customer Card Management screen displays.

  5. Look at the column to the far-right to find the expiration date under the Expiry date column.

  6. Select Close when finished.
